AVACT - Austrian Vaccination Age Case Trends
For my spatial data infrastructures class, we were tasked with creating a dashboard that detailed information relating to the covid 19 pandemic.
My partner and I decided to create a dashboard showing the progress of the covid 19 vaccination program in Austria within different age groups. We used NodeRED to refine and organise our dataset, Postgres to store our data and create two views showing the latest information and a timeline of the vaccination program, and Tableau to build our dashboard.
Our finished dashboard has since been posted on the Austrian governments' data website, or can be accessed directly in Tableau using the buttons below.
Habitat Suitability Analysis in Geoplanner
This study investigated the potential of using modelling applications such as Esri's Geoplanner in wildlife conservation strategies, namely habitat suitability analysis.
This analysis was conducted using a case study of beaver reintroductions in the UK, focussing particularly on the overlay methods used to create the habitat model.
Visual Impact Analysis
This university assignment tasked us with exploring various visual impact tools within ArcGIS Pro.
I decided to conduct this project using a hypothetical case study of implementing artificial nest boxes as a conservation strategy for breeding birds of prey in the Peak District, England.
